Material needed for the gambrel storage shed trim

  • 4- 2x6 ( cut to length ) 22 1/2 degree each end

  • 4- 1x6 ( cut to length ) 22 1/2 each end

  • 8- 1x4 x43 inches

  • 2-1x6 x8 feet


Use finishing nails to nail the trim

Use finishing nails to nail the trim.

 

Cut to length and install the 4 2x6 22 1/2 degree trim. Nail the 1x6 by 8 feet to the sides, and cut the front 2x6 missing piece to length.


 

 

Install the 1x6 by 36 inch trim
Install the 1x6 by 36 inch trim

Install the 1x6 trim to the top of shed the same manner as the front.

Nail the 8 1x3 by 43 inch trim to the corners

Nail the 8 1x4 by 43 inch trim to the corners.

 

The trim is now complete, next step will be the roof shingles.
